Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC) is advancing the largest real estate project in Thailand, "The Forestias," announcing the completion of its residential sector by 2026, supported by Thai Commercial Bank with a project finance loan of 22 billion baht. The Forestias by MQDC is a city-in-a-forest project located on Bangna-Trad Road, Km 7, covering an area of 398 rai, surrounded by various amenities, including residential projects, business areas, a 6-star boutique hotel, community and family centers, a cinema, shops, restaurants, office buildings, and innovation buildings. Additionally, there are spaces for the community, museums, learning centers, and a large, rich forest ecosystem.
